Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant has been welcoming and serving Berliners and their guests since 2009.

Our team creates a wide range of experiences tailored to the needs and wishes of each occasion in a variety of hotel rooms, event spaces, and public areas. In our restaurant, café, and bar, we serve the best regional products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters, and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Hof, a food forest in the Spreewald/Brandenburg.

The Michelberger family also includes the ORA Restaurant, THEKE Bistro, MXPSM Distillery, PEOPLE Festivals, and beverage manufacturer Fountain of Youth.

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to clean our hotelrooms in the Michelberger from May 1st, 2026, parttime 24hors/week.

Your tasks:

Cleaning of the public areas in the hotel
Cleaning of the offices in the hotel
Laundry management, machine care and maintenance
Seamless & professional communication with the reception desk
Support in room cleaning

Working languages:
English, German

Your profile

Experience in housekeeping an advantage
pleasure in cleaning
Good communication skills in dealing with colleagues and guests
Knowledge of German and English advantageous

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant is a metropolitan oasis of recreation, togetherness and pleasure in the heart of Berlin. Founded and directed by Nadine and Tom Michelberger. The Michelberger includes a regenerative farm in the Spreewald, the ORA restaurant, the Theke Imbiss, the MXPSM spirits manufactory, the PEOPLE Festival and the Fountain of Youth coconut water.

Since 15 years, the Michelberger is a vibrant human centered place serving and hosting people, a social space for the multitude of work and leisure travel occasions. Grown out of Berlin's cultural landscape, the Michelberger is constantly evolving with the people and stories that this hotel life writes.
