Our team creates a wide range of experiences tailored to the needs and wishes of each occasion, across a variety of hotel rooms, event spaces and public areas. In our restaurant, café and bar, we serve the finest regional produce, sourced from a sustainable network of trusted farmers and suppliers, as well as from our own Michelberger Hof, a food forest in the Spreewald region of Brandenburg.
The Michelberger family also includes the ORA Restaurant, the Bistro THEKE, the MXPSM Distillery, the PEOPLE Festivals and the drinks producer Fountain of Youth.

Your areas of responsibility are:
You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of the dishes we serve in our breakfast menu, café and bar, and will be involved in the preparation of our lunch menu.

- ... take part in training and successfully put what you’ve learnt into practice
- ... ensure compliance with and enforcement of hygiene regulations, safety standards and cleaning schedules/procedures

- ... ensure that your shift and your work area are well organised and prepared
- ... comply with all HACCP instructions as set out in the operations manual, including compliance with legal and external requirements
