Deine Aufgaben
Unsere einzigartige MXPSM (Michelberger  x Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur)  erweitert das Team um einen Menschen der unseren Likörschatz und den historischen Ort Berlinern und ihren Gäste vorstellt.

Wir suchen eine Person, die ganzheitlich die MXPSM im Sales über alle Kanäle vertritt und vermarktet. 
Zu den Aufgaben zählt:

  • Akquise und Kundenbetreuung Gastronomie und Einzelhandel. 
  • Vermarktung Hofverkauf.
  • Ausbau für die Führungen der Manufaktur.
  • Kollaborationen, Produktentwicklung und Auftragsarbeiten für andere Marken und Unternehmungen.
  • Durchführung von Events, Verkostungen und Schulungen.
Dein Profil
  • Sales Erfahrung
  • Erfahrungen mit qualitativ hochwertigen Spirituosen und deren Produktion
  • Gut vernetzt in Berlin's Kultur- und Genussreichen Orten und den Menschen, die diese Orte und damit die Stadt zu dem machen was sie ist. 
  • Lust darauf in einem kleinen Team, eine große Rolle zu spielen und dazu beizutragen, dass wir ein neues Kapitel in der langen Berliner Likör und Genussgeschichte schreiben. 
  • Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse

Zum Michelberger gehören eine regenerative Farm im Spreewald, das Restaurant ORA, der Imbiss THEKE, die Spirituosen Manufaktur MXPSM, das PEOPLE Festival und das Kokoswasser Fountain of Youth.

Your mission
Our unique MXPSM (Michelberger x Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur) is expanding the team with a person who will introduce our liqueur treasure and the historic location to Berliners and their guests.

We are looking for a person who will represent and market MXPSM holistically in sales across all channels. 
The tasks include:
  • Acquisition and customer care gastronomy and retail. 
  • Marketing farm sales.
  • Expansion for the manufactory tours.
  • Collaborations, product development and contract work for other brands and companies.
  • Organization of events, tastings and training courses.
Your profile
  • Sales experience
  • Experience with high-quality spirits and their production
  • Well-connected in Berlin's culture- and pleasure-rich places and the people who make these places and thus the city what it is. 
  • Desire to play a big role in a small team and contribute to writing a new chapter in Berlin's liqueur and gourmet history. 
  • Knowledge of German and English
